Hello.
I just wanna say how awesome it is to see someone playing a character from Killer Instinct! And you are doing such a good job with him!

And just for curiousity... Do you intend to canon update him someday(to the events of Season 2 and 3)?

Hello! Gosh, thank you so much for the kind words! I'm totally thrilled to meet someone else who not only knows and cares about his canon, but feels like I'm doing him justice! That's exciting and high praise... I really appreciate you speaking up. :]

As for the canon updating, it's a bit of a trickier topic just because of how IG/MS handled the story direction from S1 onwards. In Season 1, the game more or less continued events from the original Killer Instinct... but by the end of Season 2, the new devs treated the story as more of a reboot, tossing out some events and plot points of his backstory that were integral to this Glacius' characterization... so canon updating becomes a bit nebulous here, as it would alter his past. I do still absolutely want to do justice to the character and honor his canon developments, though, so what I've been doing is folding in tidbits of S2/S3 canon where I can in order to further flesh him out. The Glacius that I play in Hadriel incorporates much more of his updated backstory from the very beginning of S3 than previous iterations of the character that I have played in other games, for example, while still retaining elements of his original backstory that I enjoyed for the depth that they added to his character.

If something huge happens in canon, be it via Shadow Lords or the comics they've teased or some other installment of the game, then I will consider a more official canon update, yes! But for now merging all of the Seasons' lore as seamlessly as I've been able to is the solution I've come up with to keep my character from undergoing a dramatic shift, either in past events that have shaped him or his personality. I hope that makes sense!
